For what feels like the entire Summer I've been fixing the cracks in the upper part of my driveway, henceforth known as; "Colorado." I have now finished fixing the cracks. I've still got to finish over that trench I filled with Concrete. However that's really cosmetic rather than structural. The lower part of Colorado is also Concrete. At least 15 years ago it also started to crack up. So someone decided to completely ignore the Irish side of the family and have it overlaid with Asphalt. "Tarmac" is actually the brand of ballast I've been using to make Concrete. Unfortunately they didn't take the Concrete up first. Simply laying the Asphalt over the top. Although, to be fair, that is what they were instructed to do. So the Asphalt never bonded properly and almost immediately started to crack and break up into small potholes. Monday September 23rd 2024 (23/9/24). I don't think I'll need much encouragement to give up and go back to bed. 

Yesterday (21/9) my father and I got to stream; "Operation Mincemeat" (2022) on Amazon Prime, for free. That's after his attempts to stream football on Sky Sports via NowTV didn't go so well. Despite it now costing £15 per day. A fair bit of inflation on the previous £8 per day. Obviously I was mostly asleep or attempting to degrease the cooker top. However I gather that every 10 minutes or so there was an; "Error 401: HEARTBEAT Token unavailable." I've been feeling the urge to get that off my chest ever since. As I'm sure it's a matter of public record these days. That rather impressive collection of ever so slightly bloodstained, mostly Italian, cap badges I inherited.
