We all know the work Britain has committed to do. We all know Britain hasn't taken a single step towards fulfilling its work commitments.

So why would any of us expect the work to be done.

A small group of very rich people who own the infrastructure got together and decided this is the rule we have to live by now. Not only didn't we tell them to introduce that rule we probably don't even know who they are.
