ISIL never had any ballistic missile capablity. So those ballistic missile defence forces are are clearly operating in support of operations against Iran, a powerful anti-ISIL.

If the US DoD feels it is being ordered to commit treason by acting in support of declared enemies of the US then they should refuse what are, clearly, unlawful orders.
