First thing on Monday (1/6) they will be putting letters through the letterboxes of all those who may be affected informing them that demolition work is about to begin. Then asking what conditions are to be imposed on that demolition work to minimise the disruption it causes. 

Power tools are definitely out. Hand tools will have to be muffled and work can only be undertaken for a few hours during the middle of the day. So the householder is going to have to pay for a lot of manpower to get the work completed within the available hours.

That manpower will be chosen for them and will be paid properly according to market rates. It goes without saying that all applicable taxes will be paid.

However Big Tech's decision to adopt the No Nipples Rule could well be an example of State-Absent Totalitarian Capitalism. Where there are no checks on the power of Corporations. Rather like in the Captaincies before the locals got all nibbly. Or in the time of the Robber Barons during the US' Gilded Age. A small group of very rich people who own the infrastructure got together and decided this is the rule we have to live by now. Not only didn't we tell them to introduce that rule we probably don't even know who they are.
