*sighs* All The Electrons Are Conspiring Against Me, Again(!)

You may remember that about tree weeks ago I spent about a week converting CD's into Mp3's. In preparation for some absolutely vital yard work I had to do.

Then, the very moment I started hanging that gate, my Mp3 player broke.

Forcing me to avail myself of a free month of Amazon Prime, in order to buy an exact, like-for-like replacement.

Since then every complex assembly of semiconductors in my possession seems to have taken it as an invitation to break. As if they all know that I can have their replacements delivered, for free.

First to go was my Delonghi coffee pod machine. Which, before I factored in viral fatigue, I considered to be an absolute essential for Eurovision fortnight.

Literally as I was leaving the local big box store, having picked up a replacement, I popped in my rather posh Sony ear buds to discover they were broken too.

Well. Not broken, broken. However they're noticeably started to fade. Everytime they connect I'm having to kick the source material up a notch.

Then, as I was attempting to prepare this breakfast, my toaster packed up. Luckily I was able to pick up a replacement during the biweekly trip to the supermarket.

Somewhere amid all that I did get back on Amazon to order an exact like-for-like replacement for those rather posh Sony (neckband) ear buds. Along with the cheapest solar powered trail-cam available.

Amazon Prime offered to deliver the trail-cam at dawn on Wednesday (13/5). Aside from the fact it's currently around 3hrs before dawn on Wednesday I turned them down. In favour of some point in Thursday (14/5). Amid Eurovision I won't have time to even think about setting up a trail-cam until Friday (15/5), at the earliest.

If I don't mount it correctly then I'm pretty sure I've just paid around £50 to have a trail-cam instantly destroyed. At this point the Fox Babies are pretty much just a trail of destruction, roughly five abreast.

On the plus side that switching adapter I got for my bedroom TV works. The better news is that the NowTV box which famously froze has decided to unfreeze. Saving me the £30 I had to instantly had to spend on a new coffee machine.

A lack of an external DigitalTV aerial was one of the main reasons why I didn't make the time to investigate my bedroom TV sooner.

Another major reason is the fact that I really don't have time to watch much TV these days. Except for when I'm ill. Then all any of us want to do is lay in bed watching simple TV.

Although I could really have done with waiting until after Eurovision for the opportunity to revel in that particular victory(!)

Huzzah, at least the new Toaster works(!)
