Places like Germany where they don't realise that irregular, small boat, migration caused Malta's population to grow by 1.2% in a single year in 2015.

I don't think they were likening irregular migration to a another Muslim takeover of Europe. So much as trying to make two, separate points at the same time.

However Big Tech's decision to adopt the No Nipples Rule could well be an example of State-Absent Totalitarian Capitalism. Where there are no checks on the power of Corporations. Rather like in the Captaincies before the locals got all nibbly. Or in the time of the Robber Barons during the US' Gilded Age. A small group of very rich people who own the infrastructure got together and decided this is the rule we have to live by now. Not only didn't we tell them to introduce that rule we probably don't even know who they are.
