Commonly known as; "Miner Bees" they must be Bernard de Manderville's favourite Bees. They reject the idea of the collective in order to live in their own private apartments. Which makes them preferable to Humans as they don't swarm. While Bees are generally super chill getting caught up in a major swarm of them can be a bit much.

It's one of those things were it would be a lot easier for me to just show you a picture.

However behind the area I'm now calling; "Betistan" there is a shed. The raft foundation of that shed is above 30-40cms above the, small, retaining wall on my property. Creating this exposed wall of soil which Miner Bees think is just great.

I'm sure there's a commentary in there somewhere about a Brutalist-style company owned housing estate for Miner Bees.
