The song is a reworking of a jazz standard. So the 1930's version of the song is just the original song!

The sheer number of fan tributes like that make it even harder to find the already rare original.

The Fats Domino version is probably the most readily available. However even that's something of a shortened, poppier version. The full version is longer and more Trumpet led.




Nearly two days later I still think this is the definitive version. Obviously.

I'm sure Pedro Pascal is familiar with State-Run Totalitarian Capitalism. State Owned Enterprises (SOE's) like Petrobras, PescaPeru, MineroPeru. And all that. However Big Tech's decision to adopt the No Nipples Rule could well be an example of State-Absent Totalitarian Capitalism. Where there are no checks on the power of Corporations. Rather like in the Captaincies before the locals got all nibbly. Or in the time of the Robber Barons during the US' Gilded Age. A small group of very rich people who own the infrastructure got together and decided this is the rule we have to live by now. Not only didn't we tell them to introduce that rule we probably don't even know who they are.
