I'm sure that you understand this past weekend hasn't seen the absolutely catastrophic failure of Trump & The Departees attempt to overthrow the Venezuelan government and steal Venezuela's Oil(!)

Oh no, instead it's now all part of an elaborate, cunning long-term strategy(!) To pressure Venezuela into adopting a puppet regime which will allow Trump & The Departees to steal Venezuela's Oil. Against the backdrop of me lecturing on; "The Mechanisms of Totalitarianism."

It turns out I'm not named Smedley Butler. So I think it will be better for all concerned, some more than others, if I just skip ahead to; "Economic Eras & Black Lives Matter." Perhaps until Trump & The Departees make like Vogue Williams in the UK 2025 "Gladiators" Christmas special.

Obviously complete thoughts are still better than scattered paragraphs. However if there is popular demand for me to assist with  returning Venezuela's Oil to the market, then I would be prepared to do that instead.

Although I should warn Trump & The Departees that will mean returning Venezuela's Oil to the market. There will be no Page 11 rates for ExxonMobil here.

So once Trump & The Departees end the Naval Blockade it should just be a simple case of handing the contract for the remedial work to the, probably Chinese, contractor who makes the most attractive tender.

In the meantime though. It's Marbury v. Madison (1803) which gives Article I of the US Constitution Super-Legal Status. If SCOTUS has become so corrupt that Article I is no longer able to immediately strike-down any and all diktats which contradict it.

Then that would be an unforgivable collapse into Totalitarianism.

I'm sure Pedro Pascal is familiar with State-Run Totalitarian Capitalism. State Owned Enterprises (SOE's) like Petrobras, PescaPeru, MineroPeru. And all that. However Big Tech's decision to adopt the No Nipples Rule could well be an example of State-Absent Totalitarian Capitalism. Where there are no checks on the power of Corporations. Rather like in the Captaincies before the locals got all nibbly. Or in the time of the Robber Barons during the US' Gilded Age.
