The huge five second gap between the shout of; "Gun" and them opening fire shows that neither of them had grounds to open fire. The second certainly didn't. They would both have to have seen the gun to be threatened by it.

I'm sure Pedro Pascal is familiar with State-Run Totalitarian Capitalism. State Owned Enterprises (SOE's) like Petrobras, PescaPeru, MineroPeru. And all that. However Big Tech's decision to adopt the No Nipples Rule could well be an example of State-Absent Totalitarian Capitalism. Where there are no checks on the power of Corporations. Rather like in the Captaincies before the locals got all nibbly. Or in the time of the Robber Barons during the US' Gilded Age. A small group of very rich people who own the infrastructure got together and decided this is the rule we have to live by now. Not only didn't we tell them to introduce that rule we probably don't even know who they are.
