Which means I'm having to spend more time chasing them up.
Just before Christmas I emailed Thames Water, got no response. So yesterday I reported the problem with their infrastructure to them through the form on their website. So anyone in the World can check for a progress report there now.
Legally there's nothing more I can do about it. Legally there's nothing they can do to make me pay for their failure to do something about it.
So legally the matter is now closed. All that's left is for them to acknowledge that and apologise.
