In Pierson v Ray (1967) SCOTUS established that Law Enforcement Officers have immunity from Civil Law (Tort Law) in the course of their official duties. However that immunity disqualifies them in instances where they are acting against clearly established rights. By definition breaking the law cannot be an official duty of a Law Enforcement Officer.

I would think that any co-conspirator of Charlie Kirk would be extremely hesitant to argue that stone cold assassination is an official duty of a Law Enforcement Officer. Such as a Secret Service Agent.

If the hopeless badge-chasers who join ICE were Law Enforcement Officers then they would have already placed Jonathon Ross under arrest for murder.

Contrary to Criminal Law.
