In which Governments pass laws and Courts enforce laws restricting the behaviour of Corporations/Companys. Except for the ones who are in the same club as the Government and Courts.

Sort of like how the CEO of ITT Corp was really good friends with the head of the CIA just before Brazil's 1964 Coup d'état. Or how US President Taft was really good friends with the CEO's of the US fruit companies during the Banana Wars.
