Of course my working knowledge of Section 3 of the UK Mental Health Act (1983) has somewhat withered since then.

However my current understanding is that the NHS, which even used to treat fully paid-up Jews, has yet to use the aforementioned's unshakeable belief in the myth of; "Palestine" to demonstrate that they are mentally incompetent.

My current understanding is also that the current rulers of the NHS are big fans of Thaler & Sustein's; "Nudge Theory." In which those considered mentally competent are, gently, encouraged to take responsibility for their own actions. I.e tobacco smokers are, gently, encouraged to stop smoking tobacco. By being forced to pay for, literally, everyone else's healthcare.

I also presume that the NHS has informed these aforementioned mentally competent adults that Humans need to eat food to live. So to nudge them away from their choice not to eat food they are no longer being treated by the NHS.

At the very least, they're having to pay for their; #HolibobsOnTheHospitalWing!

I'm sure Pedro Pascal is familiar with State-Run Totalitarian Capitalism. State Owned Enterprises (SOE's) like Petrobras, PescaPeru, MineroPeru. And all that. However Big Tech's decision to adopt the No Nipples Rule could well be an example of State-Absent Totalitarian Capitalism. Where there are no checks on the power of Corporations. Rather like in the Captaincies before the locals got all nibbly. Or in the time of the Robber Barons during the US' Gilded Age. A small group of very rich people who own the infrastructure got together and decided this is the rule we have to live by now. Not only didn't we tell them to introduce that rule we probably don't even know who they are.
