Which Is An Awfully Long Time To Tell Someone He's Been Fired For Cause.

Obviously my patience for doing the jobs of paid incompetents for free has been more than exhausted today.
However.

Both Hamas and Palestine Action are designated as terrorist groups under UK law. So UK broadcasters can only refer to them when they have demonstrated a significant public need to do so. Even on those extremely rare occasions they have to refer to them as terrorist groups.
However in the case of Palestine Action broadcasters can point to their designation as a terrorist group being subject to Judicial Review, insane as them being granted Judicial Review was.
There is no such challenge to Hamas' status as a terrorist group. So any broadcaster attempting to imply they are not a terrorist group is failing in their statutory duty and probably committing multiple offences in the process.
Just as OFCOM should well know. Just as the Crown Prosecution Service service knows it should be charging someone who beat a police officer with a sledgehammer with attempted murder. Or, at the very least, assault on an emergency worker.
