Yeah, There's Quite A Bit Of Difference Between 34°C And 27°C.

Obviously I appreciate that Americans are too stupid to learn the simplicity of; "Base 10."
However anything over 30°C needs to be paid attention to. Every 1°C after that makes a real difference.
I think it was during the second heatwave of the year, around early July, I was *ahem* "Painting the Garage Doors." While listening to Bob Marley.
In doing that I got hot. Then discovered I couldn't get cool again. Really the last warning sign that you're on the road to Hyperthermia. Luckily for me the heatwave broke that evening, allowing me to cool down.
Which is probably something for the British public to bear in mind at the start of this, predicted, heatwave.
Although I should point out that while Climate Change is definitely not helping this year's hot weather is, primarily, being driven by the Sun's heat output being at the peak of its 11 year cycle.
If you exist on planet Earth or any planet in Earth's solar system then you've probably noticed that the Sun has been really, spitefully hot this year. Not only have I found myself sweating just by standing out in it, I've seen grass and other crops burn where they stand.
Fortunately we're now well past the Summer Solstice so the Northern Hemisphere is being exposed to much less Sunlight than in late June.
I'm still slapping on SPF 30 like it's toothpaste though.
Anyway.
With the weather being a lot cooler than forecast I was able to finish my planned yard work around midday. Then go in for another round of painting around 15:00.
Let's just say that I'm happy with my progress.
