Can anyone even remember 2013? Let alone that moment in May when my immediate neighbours had their front windows smashed. Their friends who live a couple of houses down claimed they witnessed me doing it. Not only that the claimed that they'd witnessed me claiming I'd done it for racist reasons while subjecting them to racist abuse.

When the matter came to Court in October the Court stopped short of ruling this witness had committed Perjury. However they found the witness to be so completely lacking in credibility the case was dismissed. There had never been any grounds to bring it in the first place.

On June 23rd this year. As Britain was marvelling a two baby Bears escaping their enclosure in Exeter, as Iran was attacking a US base in Qatar. Friends of this witness decided to rip the wooden batten from a wall I was using to support a security chain marking the boundary of my property. Clearly trying to catch clout amid the slippery courts of Wimbledon. I'm certainly of the opinion that Britain should have seen the matter through.

In ripping this wooden batten out they've actually broken off a huge chunk of the aerated pre-cast concrete block. Meaning that there's not much wall left for me to work with. It's still only something that will cost me £5 and all of half an hour to fix. However it's not my property they've damaged. So I need to speak to the person whose property they have damaged to find out what they want to do.

While I'm on the subject I should point out that I was able to catch up with Wednesday's guy. They're perfectly reasonably worried about their work knocking down one of my walls. They'll get back to me with a plan and a quote. My pride is slowly coming to terms with the fact that I'm not going to have time to do it myself. With many more heatwaves to come I certainly don't want to be digging and a laying the foundation.

So I should mention as an observation, rather than an insult, that they're almost an N-guage, 1:76 scale model of what we were up against back in 2013. There's a reason why space has opened up for the little guys.
