Believe it or not I'd actually like to know what Wednesday's guy was on about before declaring war on him, all over the Internet. It might turn out to be perfectly reasonable. Even if he's not off to the best of starts.

I can't imagine he's confused about where the property line is. That's obvious from the deed and the end of the fence posts. It should be easy enough to shutter up.

Although I suspect he must be worried about accidentally knocking the wall down. As that would see him rushing to pay my guys to build a new one.
