Although astonishingly selfish Netanyahu's decision to start a Forever War of choice to keep himself in the job of Prime Minister and out of prison was, technically, rational.

However the fact he seems to have given absolutely no thought to how he's going to sustain that Forever War convinces me that he is no longer a Rational Actor.

Netanyahu's whole shtick is that the region cannot afford a non-Rational Actor with Nuclear weapons.
