Absolutely no Court of Law could ever have convicted. As soon as Floyd's Blood/Oxygen Saturation was revealed to be on the high side of normal, therefore the entire prosecution was a malicious fantasy, the Judge had no option other than to direct the Jury to return a Not Guilty verdict.

So the miscarriage of justice needs to be overturned and anyone involved needs to be expelled from the profession.
