Torn ACL, Apparently.

Completely incidentally though.

At some point I am hoping to stream the remainder of; "Bones." It's just that alongside the rather cinematic Season 7 of; "SEAL Team."

That feels like too much David Boreanaz.

In the meantime. Does anyone else feel as though it's an absolute shame that the EBU still hasn't been able to release a result for the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest?

Casual viewers might think that the Eurovision community is utterly obsessed with sex and nudity. Perhaps not understanding that all the disgusting female nudity is just an allegory for wider moral standards.

Take for example swearing & foul language.

Obviously a big part of the Song Contest is what are the moral standards in 50+ nations? How are they enforced across 50+ jurisdictions?

However in most countries there is a list of agreed words. With the the lyrics of songs having to be submitted, in writing, a couple of months beforehand. It's easy to tell whether or not a certain word is on someone's naughty list. It's binary. In a way that discussions over whether a certain skirt is too short of a certain top is too low cut just isn't.

FCC regulated US network TV is almost as afraid of curse words than it is of female nipples.

So it was a huge change in, about, Season 4 of SEAL Team when they were, suddenly, allowed to use swears. A lot of swears!

I think it adds to the realism. In the entire history of war no-one has ever said;

"Gosh darn it. I appear to have been shot in the leg. It hurts so awfully terribly."

Although I also think it goes to the skill of the writers that, prior to that, the lack of swearing never detracted to the realism for me.

Thus demonstrating how moral standards differ between societies. The can also differ within, not only the same society, but also the same individual. Depending on context.
