I've Been Meaning To Find The Time To Check On That For About Four Weeks.
I think that resting my body weight on my knee while slightly shifting back, forwards, left and right I strained my Semitendinosus. Which in turn strained my Soleous. Which in turn strained my Anterior Tibofibular Ligament. Which in turn strained my Posterior Tibofibular Ligament.
Or to put it another way; I sprained my ankle.
While they stops hurting long before that ligaments take about six weeks to heal properly. Last week I over did it and set it all off again. It's one of those situations where pain actually performs an important function.
Of course knowing all that doesn't help it heal up any faster. So I'm more that happy to continue to put my feet up for a while longer yet.
