However. I should remind you that back in October 2023 I explained that I'd brought the ingredients for various types of mortar. Rather than any one, pre-mixed mortar.

As I'd spent that summer wandering round the garden, doing various tasks, while going;

This summer I've been doing a lot less tutting.

It certainly seems to have been an appropriate day for me to cosplay at being a bricklayer though.

Although it was a decorative brick which had come loose from the concrete, I suppose, "Apron" it had been mounted in.
