At that appointment we agreed an appointment for today. Dependent on the new blind having been made.

The following day (5/12) they emailed to confirm the new blind was available. Yet tried to shift the new appointment to yesterday (12/12), despite the appointment being scheduled for today as we weren't going to be available yesterday.

So in duplicate we informed them of this and confirmed the appointment for today.

We've not heard from them since.

Dare I suggest they're sulking. Due to not getting the big, chaotic end to COP28 they were hoping for.
