Obviously I've that the Qatar part of the Hamas-Qatar alliance has been very vocal in its opposition to leaks.

However I would have assumed that the reports to ministers would have been along the lines;

"There is still no party for us to negotiate with. We may as well be madmen muttering to ourselves in a park."
