It's widely recognised that the Armenian people have experienced a genocide. A senior prosecutor at the ICC has, reasonably, likened Azerbaijan's current behaviour in NKR to a genocide.

Yet a group of Rabbis have said they can't use the term; "Genocide."

As that is the exclusive property of Jews. Which can only be used to further the interests of Israel.
