Instead it has been over Israeli Courts ability to review decisions of the Israeli Cabinet on those Common Law grounds.

One large area where Israeli constitutional law differs from British law is that while elected members of the Israeli Cabinet are not, technically, members of the Israeli Parliament.

The; "Norwegian Law" as it's known.
