At Least I Caught A Break From The Weather.
I think it saw me start in the rain anyway. Then took pity.
I've still got one horror zone to go. Which is currently undergoing chemical warfare.
That special project aside. Maintenance should only take 3-4 hours a month now. It'll take the council a month to clear away the compost I've produced today.
However it might take me a day to clear the backlog that's built up over the past two days.
Also. Do you remember that £40 rotary motor I picked up in December 2022? The; "Titan."
It finally gave in about a month ago.
I might fiddle with it in the fullness of time. The brushes might just need replacing.
However, believe it or not, I'm limiting myself to only time sensitive, essential work.
It was only intended as a stop-gap measure. Until I could find the right drill.
All of the attachments that came with it also work with the drill. As do all of the more exotic, impressive ones.
Not that it mattered in fabricating that lock spindle. For that I used the thickest stainless steel possible.
Abrasive cutting doesn't really work with ferrous metals. When it does it's a ridiculously expensive way of going about it.
