It almost goes without saying. The board, singular, between the cold water tank and all the pipework is going to need to be replaced. Which might actually involve a full-size circular saw.

As I've said those boards are around 1,500x900mm. The access hatch is around 700x500mm.

Honestly, the mind boggles. I'm starting to think they must've put the roof on afterwards.
