Having lost all confidence in First Republic customers have been withdrawing their funds. Putting them in those 11 banks instead.

So those 11 banks have just put the money back into First Republic.Which exposes those banks by having them act as First Republic's insurer.

It's an unsustainable position which shows that the CIA obviously can't leave the contagion out there for long.
