I Should Never Have Brought Him That Vacuum Cleaner For His Birthday.

Or, at the very least, brought him a Henry Hoover™, innit.
Obviously I appreciate that we are now in the Christmas period.
Where we are all to sit down with out relatives. Resisting the urge to insult our relatives to their faces.
Let alone on the big old World Wide Web.
However in Britain we have this phrase;
"He's that lazy you'd need to light a bomb under his arse to get him to do......"
For about seven years I'd been saying we really need to get a new stove.
I think you all know how we ended up getting a new stove.
Anyway.
It was decided that we needed to get a handheld vacuum cleaner. Dyson™ introduced the concept to the market. So remain the gold standard.
However it was decided that we needed to get the, not so cheap, Hoover™ knock-off.
This decision was made on November 18th (18/11).
The final, scheduled, day of COP27. Literally the busiest day of my entire year.
Worse then that. It was also exactly one week before Black Friday, 2022.
Obviously. I politely refused to action said decision.
Despite this an attempt was still made to action the decision the following Tuesday (22/11).
At which point even the bank refused. Offering no explanation other than an SMS clearly stating; "ERROR!"
Prompting several days which closely resembled an extreme ear infection.
Then on Black Friday we brought the Dyson. For less than the Hoover knock-off.
I'm just kicking myself that neither will suck up spilled water.
Now in possession of a £40 handheld rotary motor.
I'm really looking forward to, finally, being able to attach said Dyson to a wall.
