No Detail Too Inane, Apparently.

My mother with the degree in Bretton, taught in Welsh. Both descendents of the Celtic or; "Galician" language. Is from the general Liverpool area.

As a retired lawyer she is currently acting as the the executor of the estate of an old acquaintance who recently died. They bonded over their love of a few books.

To give you an idea of what we mean by; "A few books."

As I was travelling down from London on Wednesday (10/8). She was travelling up to London. For an appointment the London Library had scheduled to rifle through his shelves

Apparently the London Library has now boosted their collection of key Welsh and Albanian(?!?) texts by about thirty.

They also discovered his habit of using €5 notes as bookmarks. So we know he had, at least, 1,000 books.

A mutual friend who arrived to collect some of the remainder reported. That as he was passing Forest Gate station on the newly opened Elizabeth Line. The police were dealing with a similar, machete related incident.

Sadly, here in Khanistan not even the local news bother with that anymore. Son.

Perhaps inspired by the most recent Olympics. She's also decided to teach herself Chinese.

Not modern Mandarins, mind. Ancient Chinese.

She's rather fluent in her Arabic now. Having been inspired by Syrian refugees to teach herself Arabic.

Apparently her gayness just doesn't take up that much of her time.

And as they struggled to book, online, BA flights to the EU I did point out;
