And I have not been immediately informed that the FCC have withdrawn all of NBC's broadcast licenses.

Surely, before doing it even they must of realised.

A small group of very rich people who own the infrastructure got together and decided this is the rule we have to live by now. Not only didn't we tell them to introduce that rule we probably don't even know who they are.
