If he is going to disregard key elements of  International Law, including the UN's own Charter. In the process, telling the majority of UN Member States that they do not exist.

Will denying such clearly documented facts, such as the Holocaust.

It just completely undermines any reference the UN, as a whole, makes to either International Law or Human Rights.
