Is a device used to control a horse.

It's a metal bar you chain between their hind legs. To stop them running away while you're asleep in your caravan.

On a related note;

On Wednesday (23/2) I finally spoke to my mothers. About the horse with the Papish problems.

She's fine. I wouldn't have mentioned it until I knew she was fine. I would have just waited to tell you the horse is dead.

But she's fine. Probably too fine for the life.

The other horses aren't, strictly speaking, wild. But they certainly know how to feed themselves.

I don't think they've even heard rumours of these things called; "Stables."
