The Price Of Re-Admission.

My father has bee readmitted to hospital. With the same chronic, non-serious condition which delayed his disacharge from hospital back in the summer.

This condition could have been treated in the community by his G.P. At any point prior to his admission.

It could have been treated at any point prior to his discharge from hospital.

It most certainly could have been treated at the scheduled outpatient appointment. On August 26th (26/8/21). The day of the Kabul Airport bombing.

However a Dr Rami Issa of St Georges/CUH chose that it was time to end his career in the medical profession. Instead choosing to give it all up to pursue a life of crime.

He was given until Monday (27/9/21) to reconsider his decision and apologise.

He declined to do so.

Now his actions have resulted in bodily injury so grevious. That apparently it requires admission to hospital.

The UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson was notified of this in writing. Along with the UK Health Secretary Sajid Javid and the UK Justice Secretary Dominic Raab. Around 8 hours ago.

As were you all.

Rami Issa's Department Head at CUH was notified verbally. Around 2 hours ago.

So it's either done. Or it isn't.

It's their shop. It's their job to get it in order.

No-one elses.

I should probably mention;

The legal; "Consent" was done in my name.

So the; "Patient" has placed a statutory duty upon the CUH. To report the bodily harm to the police.

As the bodily harm is indisputable. The police have a statutory duty to arrest.

It's now up to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) to decide whether to seek to remand in custody.

Or to attempt to free it from its cell.

Regardless of their choice.

The Magistrate also has a statutory duty. To consider the ongoing risk of harm to the wider public.
