It Certainly Shows The Difference.

In March 2011 Japan experienced the 4th worst Earthquake ever recorded. The 2nd worst Tsunami ever recorded. Along with the 2nd worst Nuclear Disaster ever recorded.

All within the space of about 15 minutes.

This was followed by years of brownouts and electricity rationing.

All of which Japan just quietly got on with.

In June 2017 Britain experienced one fire at one tower block. Still doesn't understand why.
