The Prosecution have proved only one thing beyond all reasonable doubt.

That even after death George Floyd had Blood Oxygen Saturation of 98%. Completely normal.

Meaning that he definitely could breathe.

He did not die of asphyxia. Positional or otherwise.

I suspect we might be waiting for a while though.

It's been clear from selection. That one Juror made his decision long before he ever entered the Court. Based entirely on race.

It seems unlikely that any amount of evidence will overturn his prejudice.

This has had; "Mistrial" written all over it from the start.
