The Absence Of Any Apparent Crime.
Would be the main one.

I hate to cause emotional distress. By getting all technical in a world of delusion.
The House voting to send articles of impeachment to the Senate. Is not the same as a President being impeached.
It's obviously a unique process.
However it's similar to the House acting as a Prosecutor. Empanelling the Senate to act as a Grand Jury.
A Grand Jury handing down an Indictment is, if course, very different to someone being convicted of a crime.
So, technically, The US has never impeached a President. Despite four attempts.
It says a lot about their respect for democracy.
That 50% of those attempts have been the Democrats trying to overthrow President Trump.
