Show Us The Paper.

In order to change the rules for the 2020 Election.

Any US state must've obtained either;

(A.) Pre-clearence from the Federal Department of Justice.

Or;

(B.) Pre-clearence from 1st Circuit Court of D.C.

Either option would have produced a clear paper trail.

So before any member of Congress attempts to certify a result obtained under such a rule change.

I strongly suggest they show us that piece of paper.

Otherwise it would, at first sight, appear that they are attempting to make a false, or otherwise fraudulent, declaration.

A Federal crime. Punishable by 5-8 years imprisonment.
