Then you're talking about the votes being recounted. In accordance with electoral law, this time.

Then Electoral College delegates being re-selected. Meeting and casting their votes.

Before, finally, Congress meets to certify the result.

Traditionally that process takes several months. So is unlikely to be completed in less than 12 days.

Inaugarating an unelected President, in defiance of the Constitution. That goes quite a bit beyond mere;  "Bureaucratic Snafu"

It's actually the sort of; "Irreparable Harm."  

That SCOTUS  is rather obligated to injunct against.
