Packingham v North Carolina (2017) held that social media is a public forum where Constitutional protections on Free Speech apply.

The First Amendment forbids the passing of any law which abridges that Freedom of Speech.

So under current US law. It would strongly appear as though Section 230 has to be considered Unconstituional.

And therefore null & void.
