I'm saving myself for Inaugaration Day. 

However;

The 1st Amendment. The 15th Amendment. The Voting Rights Act 1965. The Voting Rights Act 1975. The Insurrection Act 1807.

Take your pick.

In order to change the rules for the 2020 Election. Any US State must have obtained either;

(A). Pre-clearence from the Federal Department of Justice.

Or;

(B). Pre-clearence from the 1st Circuit Court of D.C.

Either option will have produced a clear paper document. Similar to a certificate.

Prior to the any election result obtained under such a rule change being presented. This certificate of pre-clearence must first have been presented.

As I said last night. 

If no such certificate was presented. 

Then there is a prima facia case that a person attempting to confirm any such result. Is, in fact, attempting to make a false or otherwise fraudulent declaration. A Federal crime. Leaving them liable to immediate arrest.

If they still cannot present such a document at their trial. Then that's an easy conviction.

Last night a woman, Ashli Babbit, was murdered. During the attempts to confirm results obtained under these rule changes.

Meaning each of those individual criminal offences now carry the death penalty.
