Is a call for the rule-of-law to be followed. Something of a community responsibility.

Attempting to block or otherwise interfere with such a call. Could represent a variety of offences.

From Obstruction of Justice, through Sedition and Insurrection. All the way up to accessory-after-the-fact. Therefore the death penalty.
