Under Article 2 of the Constitution. The US can only enter into a meaningful treaty with the consent of both houses of Congress.

Which is exactly why the former Biden regime stripped any and all meaningful action to combat Climate Change out of the Durban Platform.

Just so Obama and his tiny wee ego could go build his sh'tty little library.

I continue to have very strong feelings regarding the specific wording of Article 4.4. 

And the need for representative, governmental engagement on the issue.
