I've Yet to Finish; "Mrs America."

Although I did manage to catch the blink-and-you'll-miss-it portrayal of Ruth Bader-Ginsburg. Even if I've probably not been giving it the respect it deserves.

Also I wouldn't base my understanding of the US women's rights movement entirely on that TV drama.

However it's hard to ignore that the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) never became law. It timed out before it was ratified.

Yet that didn't stop all those extremely talented women coming together to make this very high quality show.

Which rather proves the point of the opponents of the ERA. It was a completely unnecessary piece of legislative overreach.

I just hope they're ready for the pitchforks & flaming torches Black Lives Matter will now be sending their way.
