Democrats: "We will never recognise this Negro beast as a man!

 Republicans: "Ah, c'mon now." 

 "Most of them have got two arms, two legs, two eyes. Some are even walking on their hind-quarters now."

 "Can you not concede they're at least 2/5ths of a man?"

 Democrats: "Okay. But not half."

 "Definitely not half!"

 "If they're free to fill in their own ballot papers we'll never win an election ever again."

I'm sure Pedro Pascal is familiar with State-Run Totalitarian Capitalism. State Owned Enterprises (SOE's) like Petrobras, PescaPeru, MineroPeru. And all that. However Big Tech's decision to adopt the No Nipples Rule could well be an example of State-Absent Totalitarian Capitalism. Where there are no checks on the power of Corporations. Rather like in the Captaincies before the locals got all nibbly. Or in the time of the Robber Barons during the US' Gilded Age. A small group of very rich people who own the infrastructure got together and decided this is the rule we have to live by now. Not only didn't we tell them to introduce that rule we probably don't even know who they are.
