Whatever Do You Mean; "Stale?"
You may remember that back in June 2019 I visited to the supermarket.
I went to get cash out of the machine. Only to discover my bank account had been frozen. Or that the UK network mistakenly thought my bank account had been frozen.
Today I went to the supermarket again. I couldn't get cash out as the machines were down.
Obviously it didn't present any sort of problem. As I seem to remember commenting back in June;
It does take a special sort of stupid not to learn from experience.
