Sikhs And Their Knives.
All Sikh men are required by their religion to carry a knife - known as a; "Kirpan" - with them at all times.
So under the doctrine of; "Multiculturalism" Sikh men are exempt from British laws regarding the possession of knives. Provided they also uphold the other Five K's of the Sikh faith.
There are not though exempt from the British laws regarding the use of knives against other people. The Homicide and Offences Against the Person acts etc.
This was a big talking point at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest.
