I used to live in a Grade II listed building on a Grande Parade in East Sussex. Although not in Eastbourne.
The third rate private school boys in the basement harboured a Banksy like hatred of me.
Much like Shoreditch they liked the lifestyle. But didn't like the work.
Of course that's where I was living during the all too perfect storm of the hands off assassination attempt.
